Reiki Level 1
This is the beginning of your beautiful Reiki Journey and Level 1 is all about you!
The level 1 course is for individuals who have not studied Reiki before and would like to learn more about it. At the end of the training you will be able to carry out a self-healing Reiki treatment on yourself and on friends and family.
- Reiki Level 1 Lesson – Learning about Reiki: During the teaching phase, you’ll learn about Reiki, Reiki history and how Reiki works. The course should include a textbook or print-out containing the course content. If not, remember to take notes during the lesson. Most Reiki Masters make themselves available for follow-up questions or consultations after the course.
- Reiki Level 1 Lesson: Attunement Essentially a Reiki Level 1 Attunement is a process that attunes you to the frequency of Reiki energy, enabling you to channel Reiki energy to yourself and others.
- The Attunement is a type of ritual and kept secret by the Reiki master. The Reiki master will request students to keep eyes closed during the process. Some query the need for secrecy, but I think it is just a way to keep the process unique. Closed eyes make it easier to focus internally and enjoy the experience of the Attunement.
The Reiki master uses a combination of symbols and mantras to connect you to the Reiki universal life force.
Reiki Level 1 Lesson – Practice
- You’ll feel much anticipation leading up to the Attunement, and although a relaxing process, it is quite a relief when it is over. The practice phase is more relaxed and quite fun. And it’ll give you the chance to feel Reiki energy for the first time.
- The teacher will include Reiki meditations, which are useful for improving and maintaining the flow of Reiki.
- The channeling of Reiki energy is often compared to a water pipe or conduit. If not used for a while, the pipe blocks, constricting the flow. The meditations, along with regular use of Reiki, help with this.

Reiki Level 2
Building on the skills of Reiki Level 1, this weekend is about continued self-healing, growth and empowerment. It is a significant step along your personal healing journey, making Reiki an essential part of your daily routine and deepening your own inner/spiritual development.
As a Reiki Level 1 practitioner you will already have experienced shifts in your energy, your perception of the world around you and your ability to have more compassion and gratitude for yourself, others and the Universe. Deepen this understanding and experience new growth in your spiritual awareness.
Open Your Heart – Reiki Level 2 facilitates an even deeper level of self healing, allowing your Heart Chakra to fully open and expand to experience Universal Love. You will feel deeply empowered on your healing journey, and will be fully qualified to practise professionally if you wish to do so.
Reiki Level 2 is a Practitioner Level Training, accessible only to those who have already completed Reiki Level 1.
You will learn and receive:
- A second attunement to open you up to a greater flow of Reiki, which will expand the healing capacity of your Heart Chakra
- Reiki Level 2 hard copy manual
- The Reiki Symbols (three out of the five symbols are taught), and a comprehensive guide to the limitless possibilities of their use. The symbols can work effectively on healing negative relationship patterns, and all kinds of toxic or addictive behaviour. They can also help heal trauma from past lives as well as this life
- How to clear and charge each Chakra
- Techniques for clearing your space/home
- The ability to send Distance Reiki across time and space
- How to send Reiki to Mother Earth, and to natural disasters
- The ability to safely release spirits and entities
- How to connect to your Higher Self and receive guidance
- A comprehensive guide on how to become a professional Reiki Practitioner – including how to conduct a professional session from start to finish, how to choose insurance, how to decide your rates, and templates for client forms
- Plenty of time to practise your new techniques
- Reiki Level 2 Certificate which qualifies you to practise as a professional Reiki Practitioner

Reiki Master
What you will learn.
